• To lock the gate, you can use the keys on your computer keyboard to type the answer, or use your mouse to click the number buttons on the screen.
• Once you have the answer you want, you can either hit the [Enter] key on your keyboard or click the "Enter" button on the screen to try your code.
• If you don't like the answer you entered, you can hit either the [Esc] key or the [Backspace] key on your keyboard to erase your answer and start over.
• If you enter an incorrect gate code and the animal is still inside the gate, keep trying! You still have a chance to save the animal! If the animal runs out through the gate, you'll get a message telling you what the gate code was.
• The faster you answer, the faster you level up!
• To receive only certain kinds of equations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division), click the "options" button to make your selections. Remember, more difficult equations give you a higher score!
• To make all equations include a certain number (for example, you want all equations to include at least one number 3), click the "options" button and select the number you want to see every time.
• Starting at a higher level gives you a higher ending score. Try starting at a level higher than level 1 by clicking the "Select Level" button.
• To pause the game, hit the [P] key on your keyboard. To unpause, click it again. Any animals you save after pausing won't count toward your score.
